My basket timed out, I have submitted my Gift cards and I did not complete my transaction in time, what must I do now?

We allow 20 minutes for you to complete your transaction in the basket. It is important that you do not submit the Gift cards if you are not ready to complete your transaction as stated in the My Account important information. 

We recommend that you have a credit card ready in the event that your Gift cards do not cover the full amount of the basket value. 

Note: If this has happened to you please message us using the Instant Messenger in the bottom right hand corner of this page with the last 5 digits of each Gift card and the value of each Gift card.  Please allow 1-3 working days for your Gift cards to be re-issued to your Account.
