Prior to contacting our support team, please confirm that you have created only one account and that all the correct information has been entered on the basket page. This article provides instructions on how to use two gift card codes in conjunction with a debit/credit card. The process is as follows:
1. Please make sure that you enter your contact details and accept the Terms and Conditions tick/check box and click 'Submit'.
2. Have you accepted the amount to pay and clicked "Submit" twice? The first time you click ‘Submit’ is to assign the available balance from your eGift card code to your basket page. Please allow 30 seconds and then second time you click ‘Submit’ is to process and complete the transaction. You will need to repeat this process if you have two eGift card codes.
Please note: if you enter the eGift card code into the discount voucher code box below, the eGift card code will not work and you will receive an invalid code (error) message. Only enter a discount voucher code in the box below.
Reminder: You will need to click submit twice to accept and process the eGift card code value into the basket page to pay for your order. Please allow 30 seconds when you click submit, to enable the system to process the eGift card codes.
3. Once you click Submit for the second time, the basket will process the value of your eGift card code and issue payment for your transaction in the eGift card code box. Only click Submit if you wish to complete your transaction within the 20 minute payment window. If you are adding two eGift card codes, you simply need to ‘copy and paste’ the first eGift card code and click submit once to find the gift card. Wait 30 seconds and click submit for the second time, to process the amount from the first eGift card code to the basket. Then repeat the process with the second gift card code: ‘copy and paste’, click submit once to find the second eGift card code, wait 30 seconds and click submit for the second time to process the amount from the second gift card code to the basket. The two eGift card code amounts will be deducted from the basket page total and if a balance is still remaining, you can add a credit/debit card in order to complete your transaction and booking.
4. Have you checked that you have completed all of your eGift card code payments before entering your 3rd Party Payment Method?
5. If you do not have any additional balance to pay, with a 3rd Party Payment Method (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Paysafecard), on top of the eGift Card code value, then when you click 'Submit', this will complete your transaction.
6. If you do have an additional amount to pay after you have entered your eGift Card code(s), or if you simply wish to pay with a 3rd Party Payment Method, you will need to enter your Payment details in the 3rd Party Payment Method section on the basket page. If you are paying with Visa, Mastercard or American Express, click 'Pay now'. If you are a Paysafecard customer, click the paysafecard button and follow their instructions to complete your payment. If your basket is older than 20 mins, you will need to complete your search and booking again, as the live dynamic pricing with our supplier will have timed out.
If you receive an error message due to missing details, or your basket has timed out, please try again from a different browser and clear your cookies.
Once completed, you will receive a booking confirmation email, (which means we are processing your booking with our suppliers) and a booking confirmation voucher will be sent to you via email separately.
If you're still having trouble completing your transaction, please clear your cache and cookies and try a different browser. If that doesn't work, reply to your order reference email with a full screenshot of the basket page. The screenshot should include your full contact information and address, the third-party payment method form, and the checked "Terms and Conditions" box.
