Help I used my gift card to make a booking, but my transaction got stuck

I tried to make a booking, but it did not come through. Now I've lost my credit/balance. What should I do?

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Do not attempt to use/redeem your gift card code, unless you are 100% certain that you would like to complete the transaction. The reason is that gift card codes are processed right away once applied to the redemption box and you have clicked 'Submit', therefore please apply your gift code only when you are sure that you want to proceed with your booking.

If your gift card is processed but there's no booking, please note that you need to wait up to 10 working days in order for the processed credit to go back to your account in the event that we have to take over your basket.

If you wish to check your balance/credit, please go to your My Account Page and then click on the My Dashboard tool where you can enter the gift card code to check the balance.
