If you must cancel or modify your booking mid-trip and you ask for a refund, please know that you must send us written confirmation from the hotel/car rental company/airline that they have agreed to a free cancelation and refund. Once we obtain the written confirmation from you, we contact our supplier who will investigate.
Please note that you may wait up to 4-6 weeks to receive feedback from us regarding your refund, as this is a process that can take a while.
For non-amendable or non-refundable bookings, we advise you to contact the hotel/car rental company/airline and see if their policy permits a voucher or moving the booking directly in their system which is something they can arrange directly with you.
