Help I have tried to check in and there is an issue with our booking on arrival

Need urgent help as my booking reference number is not allowing us to check in, what should we do?

In the first instance you should check your booking reference with the supplier if for a flight you will need to check using your booking reference (PNR) on the Airlines website directly, If for a Hotel with the Hotel Reservations team, Car Rental with the Service desk, failing this please message our Customer Support Team replying to the email with the booking confirmation reference or Order reference.

We require your name:

1) Booking reference number (not the Order reference number)

2) A copy of your passport with your picture and passport number displaying (both pages) for additional verification.

3) Hotel, Airline, Car Rental, Airport Transfer or Tour name and booking dates

Generally 99% of all bookings have no issues.

COVID-19 is causing havoc in many industries and some suppliers may be experiencing technical or staff resource issuers as tourism recovers, so please be patient and this will get resolved as a matter of urgency based on a first come first serve and departure/checking in dates within 24 - 72 hours.
