Help, I have tried to check in and there is an issue with our booking on arrival

I need urgent help as my booking reference number is not allowing us to check in, what should we do?

In the first instance you should check your booking reference with the supplier. If this is for a flight, you will need to check using your booking reference (PNR) directly on the Airlines website. If this is for a Hotel, check with the Hotel Reservations team. If this is for a Car Rental, check with the Service desk. Failing this, please message our Customer Support Team, replying to the email with the booking confirmation reference or Order reference.

We require your name:

1) Booking reference number (not the Order reference number)

2) A copy of your passport with your picture and passport number displaying (both pages) for additional verification.

3) Hotel, Airline, Car Rental, Airport Transfer or Tour name and booking dates
