If you must cancel or modify your booking mid-trip and you ask for a refund, please know that you must send us written confirmation from the hotel/car rental company/airline that they have agreed to a free cancelation and refund. Once we obtain the written confirmation from you, we contact our supplier who will investigate.

Please note that you may wait up to 28 working days to receive feedback from us regarding your refund, as this is a process that can take a while.
