Important note: you can only register one (1) member account at any given time. Additional Accounts under the same name will be deactivated.
Once you have registered your Account for the first time, simply add your gift card code into the My Dashboard tool in your 'My Account' Digital wallet. After you have clicked on the 'Claim gift card' button in the 'My Dashboard' tool, your gift card balance will be displayed.
Don’t forget, your eGift card or eGift code is available for immediate use once you have registered an account. If you have purchased a gift card directly from our website, please allow 3-5 working days for the card to be activated.
If you are waiting for a credit to your account, please allow up to 10 working days for the gift card to be processed and issued to your account. Please see the section below, which is located at the bottom of the 'My Account' page in the My Dashboard (Digital Wallet Tool) for guidance on where you can see your credit/eGift code details.
Note - The balance for 16 digit card codes will display once the code is added during check out. Until the codes are used on the basket page, TripGift does not have access to the funds. This is why which is why the balance does not display when claiming the codes under My Dashboard, even though they have been successfully linked to the account.
