Congratulations on winning a Backstreet Boys Experience Package at The Sphere, Las Vegas! To claim your reward, please complete these steps by July 31, 2025.
The bookable dates for your experience are Saturday, August 16th, or Saturday, August 23rd. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend redeeming your package as soon as possible to secure your preferred date.
You can find a step-by-step video tutorial and detailed written instructions below to guide you through the prize and ticket redemption process.
1) Click 'Register your Account or Login now'.
2) Sign in or Register for an Account, to book your tickets.
3) When your account set-up is complete, you will be directed to the Member Page. Select the 'click here' link
4) Click 'Redeem Now Click Here'.
5) Select your preferred date from August 16 or 23 on the Experience Package Booking Page, and click 'BOOK'.
6) Enter the recipient names. Advance passport information is not mandatory. After accepting the T&Cs, click 'Continue to Payment'. Your promo code makes the event free, no payment will be required.
7) Add your address. Accept the T&Cs and then click 'Update Details' to be directed to the basket page.
8) Enter your Promo voucher code in the Promo Voucher Code Box and click 'Submit'.
9) You have successfully claimed your Backstreet Boys Experience Package and will shortly receive an order confirmation email from cs@tripgift.com. It’ll include details about your allocated 4-star hotel.
