How can I cancel or change my Travel or Experience booking?

What if I want to make changes to my Travel booking what can I do?

Travel or Experience bookings cannot be cancelled or amended unless specified otherwise on your booking confirmation and subject to our suppliers additional T&Cs. If you are able to cancel your booking generally, you will have up to 28 days before arrival. Please note there is an administration fee applied per person to all amendments or cancellations of bookings.  Please refer to the Terms & Conditions of Sale for cancellation fees based on your geographic location.

To cancel your booking send your cancellation request using our Contact form in the My Account area. Alternatively please reply to the Order confirmation email or Booking reference email, please be patient and this will get resolved as a matter of urgency based on a first come first serve and departure/checking in dates within 24 - 72 hours basis.

The full value of the booking including the amount that you paid by credit card over and above (where applicable) the original value of the eGift Card will be re-loaded onto a eGift code which can be used for a new booking directly on the TripGift website minus any amendment of cancellation fee which may apply.
