How do I check the balance of my eGift card or eGift code

I have just received a TripGift where can I check the balance of my eGift card? How do I check for a refund credit for a COVID canceled trip

Important note: you can only register one (1) member Account at any given time. Additional Accounts under the same name will be deactivated.

Once you have registered your Account for the first time, simply add your gift card code into the My Dashboard tool in your 'My Account' Digital wallet, once you have clicked on the Claim gift card button in the 'My Dashboard' tool then your gift card balance will be displayed to you.

Don’t forget your eGift card or eGift code is available for immediate use once you have registered an account. If you have purchased a gift card directly from our website please allow 3-5 working days for the card to process and be activated.

If you are awaiting a credit to your account, please allow up to 10 working days from confirmation from our Processing Team for the gift card to be processed and issued to your account. Please see the section below as an example of where at the bottom of the My Account page in the My Dashboard (Digital Wallet Tool) you can see the credit/eGift code details.
