For eGift cards you should receive this with 5 minutes following payment.
Should this not be the case, it may be lost in your spam folder. 

For B2B Bulk or Custom eGift code orders this will be securely delivered to your Business within 1-5 working days for you to distribute to your Recipients directly.

If you are unable to locate the email, please use our Contact form and our friendly support team will find out where it is and send the eVoucher or eGift code to you immediately. 

This article is only relevant for Gift cards purchased directly from the TripGift websites. If you are awaiting a gift card from a third party issuer please contact them directly.
