In the first instance please always check the email you have provided is correct and your Spam/Junk folder or ISP settings.
Please note: You will not be able to change a password without using the temporary password provided in your Welcome email.
Please be aware that we have no control in the event that you don't receive our Welcome email in order to reset your password, to gain access to your account.
We have noticed that some email providers such as Yahoo and hotmail are blocking our "Welcome Emails" as well as the "Reset my Password Emails". In this case, please try using another email provider or contact us using the Instant Messenger so that we can reset your password manually.
