Every Account member is sent a system Welcome message with a temporary password. If you have not received it you will need to firstly check your spam or junk folder.
In the event that you have not received it, we are unable to resend Welcome email messages and are unable to send a new password.
We would suggest that you sign up again using either the same email as this may not have been correctly completed successfully or another email address in order to receive your temporary password which you can then change to your own personal password when you sign in to your Account.
Important note: you can only register one (1) member Account at any given time. Additional Accounts under the same name will be deactivated.
