• Before making a request to our support team, please make sure you have added all the correct information to the basket page. This includes:

  1. Please insure that you are entering the correct eGift card code into the eGift card code redemption box or a valid discount voucher code into the discount voucher code redemption box.
  2. Have you accepted the amount and have clicked "Confirm and Accept" to process the value of your gift card?
  3. Have you completed all of the contact details including all card payment details and the registered card address (please note for all non-European based customers start dates on payment cards are not applicable)?
  4. Have you checked/ticked the Terms and Conditions and clicked "Confirm" at the bottom of the page?
  • First you will need to sign up to an Account and then simply click on Book Trip on the navigation menu.

    You can Search and Book instantly:

• Hotels and Flights by City
• Car Rental, Airport Transfers by Country and then City
• Package Tours by City

If purchasing eProducts simply use the drop down menu select from the option of eProducts you wish to purchase (eLanguage or eLearning) and click search, select the eProduct item and add to your basket.

Once you have selected the options that best suit your requirements, enter the details of all persons involved in the booking (including full address details with no abbreviations of an address i.e. Florida not FL).

Proceed to the check-out page and copy and paste your eGift card code into the Redeem eGift card code box and click submit, in the event that there is an outstanding balance you can pay the difference using Visa, MasterCard, Discover card or American Express (if your card is from a European bank the start dates for some debit or credit cards are optional if applicable to you, start dates are not required for US based credit and debit card customers). You will need to make sure that your payment Debit/Credit card is registered to use online as our websites do not accept non-registered payment Debit/Credit cards.

Alternatively you can simply use your personal, prepaid or a branded Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express to pay for a booking.

Once completed proceed to agree to the T&Cs and click Order now to complete the booking & transaction, you will shortly receive a booking confirmation email (which means we are processing your booking with our suppliers) & a booking confirmation voucher via email separately.

If you are still encountering issues completing your transaction, please send a full screenshot picture of the basket page including address and Terms and Conditions box by replying to the Order Ref email you have received.
