First you will need to sign up to an Account.
To help you get results from the booking and product search engine, you will need to search and be flexible with your dates (don't forget to try nearby cities or towns) to get the best available options.

Car Rental by: Country and then Airport
Transfers by: Country, Airport and Resort Destination
eLearning Courses by: eLanguage or eLearning and then clicking search
Private Tours by: Clicking search once the Private Tours search tab has been selected
Plus Bundles by: Clicking search once the Plus Bundles search tab has been selected
First you will need to be able to:
1) Sign up to an Account - as this offers the best instructions of how to use the website
2) Click on Book Trip | Redeem navigation page - for examples click on the links to what you wish to search above - an example of a hotel search is detailed below
3) Enter the city you wish to search and the dates you wish to stay and click Search
4) Select a hotel from the search results
5) Select a room
6) Enter all passenger details
7) Accept terms and conditions
8) Enter payment details if using a TripGift® eGift card code enter this into the eGift card code box and click submit and proceed and enter your personal address details, or if you are using a payment card Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paysafecard (for all non USD transactions). You will need to enter the card details, the full contact information with (no abbreviations for City or State for US and Canada based customers) and to complete the booking you will need to accept the tick/check box for the terms and conditions of sale at the bottom of the basket page and click proceed.
9) You will shortly receive an Order confirmation and booking reference confirmation via email.
