I cannot see or use the gift card that I bought/received directly from your website? How can I find this? Can you resend this gift card?

Please allow up to 72 hours for gift card processing, compliance and activation.

If it has been over 72 hours since the gift card was purchased in this instance please reply to the Order confirmation email you received and a member of our Customer Support/Payments Team will assist you further.
