Why has my account been suspended/transaction voided?

I am having problems gaining access to my account, using a gift card or completing a transaction

If your account has been suspended or you have had a transaction voided due to a breach of Terms and Conditions, please note that you will no longer be able to use the website.

In the event you have been identified to have breached the Terms and Conditions and created multiple accounts, access and use of the website will be denied for future use.

For Terms and Conditions compliance, we do not allow the use of gift cards that fall outside of the affiliated country and currency i.e. recipients of a USD eGift card can only be redeemed by US based (domiciled) residents and selected countries that exist outside of the 103 currencies that TripGift currently operates.
