The terms for rescheduling is with suppliers (you will need to check the individual policy of the travel supplier that you wish to book with). We are often bound by their terms and conditions and are governed by their flexibility for all bookings.

If you are still encountering any issues please reply to the Order reference email or Order confirmation email, please be patient and this will get resolved as a matter of urgency based on first come first serve and departure/checking in dates within 24 - 72 hours.
