TripGift and it's affiliated brands is a digital self-serve (do it yourself) online only platform, which means all customers search and book or purchase themselves, using our online search engines for our transactional travel experience and eLearning content and products.

Here's a quick guide on how to search and book on our websites, do remember to sign up to an Account first and then to successfully complete a search or to browse for options and pricing, please follow the guide below:

Hotels and Flights Search by: City or Town

Car Rental Search by: Country and then Airport

Transfers Search by: Country, Airport and Resort Destination

eLearning Courses Search by: eLanguage or eLearning and then by clicking search

Private Tours Search by: Clicking search once the Private Tours search tab has been selected, simply browse the options available by scrolling down the web page

Don't forget to complete a search, browse and view prices you will first need to sign up to an Account online.

Once you have signed up to an Account, in order to login you will need your Username (Your email) and Password (a temporary password is sent to your email that you used to register an Account, following Sign up, we recommend that you change your password to your own secure password for future use on the website, once you are signed in to your Account), the email is titled Welcome email - please check your Spam/Junk folder just in case. You will then be able to complete all searches and transactions for products on our website.

Do remember you can only change your password once you have signed in and used your temporary password that is sent via email to the contact details you have provided.
