All Travel or Experience bookings cannot be cancelled or amended unless specified otherwise on your booking confirmation and subject to our suppliers additional T&Cs. If you are able to can cancel your booking generally you will have up to 28 days before arrival, please note there is an administration fee applied per person to all amendments or cancellations of bookings. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions of Sale for cancellation fees based on your geographic location.
To cancel your booking send your cancellation request using our Contact form in the My Account area.
The full value of the booking including the amount that you paid by credit card over and above (where applicable) the original value of the eGift Card will be re-loaded onto a voucher code which can be used for a new booking directly on the TripGift website minus any amendment of cancellation fee which may apply.
