Step 1: Create an Account
Before booking, you’ll need to register for a a free account:
Click Register Here.
After registering, go to Book and Redeem from the top navigation menu.
You must be logged in to search, view prices, and complete bookings. All bookings are made directly by customers via our digital self-serve platform.
Step 2: Search for Travel Products
Use the search tools to find your preferred travel options.
Search Instructions:
Hotels: Search by destination
Flights: Search by departure city and destination
Car Rentals and Transfers: Search by pick up and drop off location
Tours: Select by location and number of passengers
eLearning Courses: Choose your course from the dropdown menu, click Search, and add your selection to the basket.
Video tutorials are available to guide you through each search type.
Step 3: Enter Traveler and Contact Information
After selecting your preferred options, enter the details of any additional travelers. Review your information to ensure it is complete and accurate. Check the box to agree to the Terms & Conditions, then click Continue to Payment.
In the Billing Details enter your full address details, including your complete address and ZIP code (avoid abbreviations—for example, type “Florida” instead of “FL”).
Ensure that all contact details, including your phone number, are accurate to prevent transaction issues.
Step 4: Payment Options
You can pay using:
TripGift Credit (Gift Cards or Promo Vouchers)
Debit/Credit Cards (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and Paysafecard)
Or a combination of both
To use a Gift Card:
Add the selected product to your basket and continue to payment.
Copy and paste the gift card code into the box provided, then click Apply.
Repeat step 2 if you have a second gift card.
A maximum of two gift cards is allowed per transaction.
If you have more than two gift cards, you may use these in a separate transaction.
If your basket total exceeds your gift card balance, pay the remaining amount with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and Paysafecard (Paysafecard is available for non-USD payments only).
Step 5: Complete Your Booking
Click Pay Now to finalize your booking and complete the payment.
You will receive the following as separate emails:
A Order Confirmation
A Booking Confirmation
Please allow a minimum of three (3) days lead time for all travel bookings to be processed for compliance reasons.
Additional Notes
Incomplete or inaccurate contact details may cause a transaction to fail or be voided.
